🚚 Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France. International shipping outside these countries is not available at this time.

📦 What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France.

⏱️ How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 12 business days after processing.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
➡️ Orders are shipped via FedEx. If you are not home during delivery, your package may be delivered to a local pickup point.

🌿 Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Bellavoria skincare products are vegan, cruelty-free, and dermatologically tested, in collaboration with certified European laboratories.

🧴 Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formulas are carefully developed to be gentle and effective, even for sensitive, dry, or reactive skin types.

❌ Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days after delivery, as long as the product is unopened and unused.
