Use

Apply generously to face and neck before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.

The cream does not ensure 100% protection against UVA/UVB rays. Extended sun exposure is a serious health threat and should be avoided, even while using sunscreen. Avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only.
